Download and install

Guardian is designed to install like a real product, not a tech project.

The goal is simple: we onboard the firm, you download Guardian on the target Mac, and the rest of the setup is guided. The technical pieces still exist underneath, but firms should not have to think like IT teams to get live.

1. We do the onboarding call

We learn the firm’s workflow, confirm the right Mac plan, and set up the workspace so the install is tied to the right office from the start.

2. Download Guardian

The firm gets a Guardian installer or guided download that is already prepared for that specific workspace.

3. Open it on the target Mac

Most firms should just open the installer and follow the prompts. Guardian handles the background setup automatically.

4. We confirm the office is live

Once the Mac checks in, we finish the rollout, verify the bots are connected, and make sure the firm is ready to use Guardian day to day.

Download Guardian 1.0 Installer.pkg

The easiest rollout is the installer package. Download it, open it on the firm Mac, and let Guardian handle the background setup. Trust level: signed and notarized.

What the Mac needs

  • • Leave the Mac on power
  • • Keep it connected to the internet for cloud-backed workflows
  • • Use an approved Mac, whether it is an existing office Mac or a separately procured dedicated host
  • • Let Guardian check back into guardianbots.ai automatically
